1. About WRP2P

WRP2P ("we", "us", "our") operates the website wrp2p.com — a peer-to-peer marketplace where individuals can list and find vehicles, equipment, services, and educational offerings for rent or hire. We act solely as an intermediary platform facilitating connections between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WRP2P. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To post listings or contact other users, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Listings and Content

Users who post listings ("Hosts") are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of their listings
• Compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations
• Having the legal right to rent out the listed item or provide the listed service
• Maintaining appropriate insurance where required by law
• The condition and safety of listed items or services

WRP2P does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing, user, or transaction.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post listings or content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material
• Involves illegal substances, weapons, or stolen property
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

6. Transactions Between Users

All rental agreements, payments, and arrangements are strictly between the Host and the Renter. WRP2P:

• Does not process payments between users
• Does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listing
• Does not mediate disputes between users
• Is not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from transactions
• Does not provide insurance coverage of any kind

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRP2P shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any transaction or relationship between users
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any third-party conduct on the platform

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WRP2P, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your listings, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The WRP2P name, logo, and platform design are our property. Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of WRP2P after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
